Firstly first for Newbie, a Weapon Skin is a hack that changes your weapon looks, other players will not see it. It's stats will not change.

FOR "item" put into your { Blackshot > Data > Item }
For "HandAni" put into your { Blackshot > Data > Character > HandAni }
For Sniper scopehair put into your { Blackshot > Data > Scene > Screen }

Make a Backup of your Blackshot files first just in-case you messed up the MODs and Data of Blackshot , I will not be responsible !

Here's a sample for you :
GM_Monster Helmet russian_helmet.nif
Buy Russian Helmet and you wear it and you will be able to see GM_Monster Helmet

Normal GM Helmet ( Helmet ) :
UN_helmet.nif
Buy UN_Helmet and wear it , you will be able to see yourself with GM Helmet

For Multiupload Mirors I will suggest you to use Hotfile or for those with accounts use Megaupload
